Best Bread Machine Recipe Ever!
Wondering how to make delicious white bread in your bread maker? If so, you've come to the right place. I've recently perfected this easy bread machine recipe, and I'm excited to share it with you!
You may have heard me mention this delicious bread in my recent podcast episode. What's different about my recipe is that I've eliminated the step of getting the milk and water to a lukewarm temperature by combining super hot tap water with cold milk from the fridge. Doing this saves time and allows you to throw this recipe together quickly.
That said, you do need to set your butter out ahead of time. But if you're like me, you sometimes already have a butter dish sitting out from breakfast.

Let's face it: Nobody likes to have to scroll very far down a blog post to find a recipe, so I'll get right to it.
Add ingredients to bread maker in the following order:
1 cup plus 1/2 tbsp HOT tap water
1/3 cup milk straight from the fridge
Three tbs butter that has been sitting out at room temp
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 3/4 cups bread flour (After dumping in the flour, make a one-inch well in the center with your finger)
1 1/2 tsp Rapid Rise or instant yeast￼, which is one packet (The yeast goes into the little hole you made)
Cook on the white bread setting.
Tip: Always check the dough after a few minutes to determine whether you need to add water or flour. The dough should form a ball that's not too dry but not too sticky either. Once the dough looks right, listen to an episode or three of Clean With Me on your favorite podcast app, and clean your house while the bread bakes.
